We accept nearly every insurance in the state of Arizona, please see our comprehensive list below. If you have no insurance or a very high deductible, we will work with you to make sure your care is as affordable as possible.

Foot & Ankle Specialists of Arizona accepts Medicare and all Medicare Advantage/Replacement plans. If you have a Medicare Advantage Plan (UHC AARP/Walgreens/OptumCare, BCBS Medicare Advantage, Humana Gold, Aetna Medicare Advantage, Well Care Medicare Advantage, Allwell Advantage, Mercy Care Advantage, etc), give us a call and we’ll work out the details!
Patients with Tricare plans are covered in our office and Dr. Gillespie has extensive history of treating our military and their dependents (see his bio in our “Meet The Team” page). Call our office to find out more details and which benefits you’re eligible for.
Arizona Medicaid (AHCCCS) offers some of the most comprehensive health insurance plans available. We accept patients with the following forms of coverage: UHC Community and Mercy Care*. Get in touch with our office to learn more.
*UHC Community and Mercy Care are the only AHCCCS plans we currently take.
Are you covered by a Banner Health Plan? At Foot & Ankle Specialists of Arizona, we work with Banner Health Plans (such as Banner Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage, some of the UHC Medicare plans, and some rare UHC Commercial Plans that are Banner-affiliated) and Banner University Health Plans to be able to take care of you as well! We are not currently accepting new patients with Banner Health plans.
